We strictly enforce our cancellation policy. Our salons require a credit card to place on your profile in order to schedule any appointments. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours prior to your scheduled service our software will charge you 50% of services booked. If you are a No Call/No Show, meaning you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, our software will charge you 100% of services booked. Regardless of cancellation or No Show of appointment will still result in a fee. We send 5 day ahead of time reminder text/emails, 3 day ahead of time and also morning of notifications so we give you plenty of notice before the 48 hours if you need to reschedule. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Please do not bring small children or pets to your appointment, this becomes a major distraction and safety concern. Children can get hurt as our salons have sharp shears, hot tools, chemicals and are not designed for children. We aim to create a calm and relaxing experience for our guests and children can be disruptive. Our no children policy also allows our artists to focus on their clients and provide the best possible service.
Hair Extension Deposits - All hair extension installations require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to go towards hair order and cost of service. At time of install the remainder of amount will be due. During consultation a non-refundable deposit form must be read and signed before hair deposit can be paid and install appointment is booked. If you must push your appointment out to a further date we will hold your hair for you, but again a refund of deposit will not be given. If your extensions are removed and left at either of our establishments, COCO MARIE HAIR is not responsible for any lost or stolen extensions.
Color Corrections - All color corrections are required to have a consultation prior to booking appointment. Corrections are charged by the hour and start the moment a guest sits in the chair until they checkout and are entirely finished. If you need corrective color please do not book for a regular service as our artist may not be able to take you or if they do the cost of service will be significantly higher and charged by the hour.
Our goal is for each client to love their hair results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s), our policies are laid out as such:
1. Services received will NOT be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within 48 hours of your appointment within reason and must be the same outcome you initially wanted, not due to changing your mind. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please return to the salon so your hair can be visually inspected by a stylist. You may also email support@cocomariehair.com to show photos. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the same stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you. Again the service performed must be an adjustment not a complete change. If you wish to see a different stylist, that appointment will be full price with that particular artists pricing. If your hair was altered by another salon or yourself our adjustment policy will be voided. Colors adjusted past 48 hours will be considered a brand new service and full pricing.
2. Tardiness - If you are later than 15 minutes to your scheduled appointment you may be asked to reschedule as this will conflict with the artists remainder appointments booked that same day.
3. If you’re dissatisfied with a hair cut service please call the location you received your service at or email our support team photos with your information. This must be done within 48 hours of your appointment. A refund will not be given but adjustments to your cut will be made. WE DO NOT OFFER PIXIE CUTS , MEN'S CUTS OR SUPER SHORT A LINE BOBS.
4. Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within seven (7) days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If a product is opened or used, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged.
